Punjab Health Facilities Management Company (PHFMC) is a Public Sector not-for-profit Company registered under section 42 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now Companies Act, 2017) with Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).

The objective of the Company is “To aid, assist, set up, maintain, administer, construct, layout, run, manage or improve hospitals, clinics, health units, nursing homes, dispensaries, immunization and vaccination centers, clinical and medical laboratories, or other centers connected with the care of human body in urban and rural areas for their improvement, socio-economic welfare and modernization in accordance with the increasing population of the Province of the Punjab.
